F 180 31 5’1 I have had the same pelvic pain for over a year since Feb 2021 and I have been worried since, dr A checked and felt around and didn’t seem concerned, just a nagging lower right pain more dominant during menstrual, and ovulation it would vary in intensity through out 2021 dr B checked with pap and internal exam said all felt normal , so since two drs checked I kinda just lived with the pain since I am getting older, I believe month of October it went away and then came back same as before nothing changed, periods became painful Jan and Feb removed copper iud pain went away for a few weeks and came back in end of Feb and continued then March had uti. I started to get sparks or flashes in the left side perhaps ovary area and April period was heavy with quarter clots so I finally called dr has ultrasound for tomorrow and results Thursday I am a wreck and scared for the absolute worst. Anyone ignored a pain and tolerated it then finally called the dr??? I know there’s many possibilities but my mind is focused on the absolute worst 😭😭😭😭😭
