When can a first period be expected? My little sister is growing up!

My little sister is 9, and I’m 19. Somehow I’ve forgotten when exactly a period would come for the first time. Her chest is developing and she’s recently started to have discharge. I recall reading that it’s typically 2 years after the onset of these two things mainly? I’m not sure if this is accurate. I’m pretty nervous to see her growing up and going through these changes as she’s my only little sister and we spend a lot of time together. Any advice or discussion is appreciated, thanks a lot in advance!
