I’m really confused. I’ve heard that bloating usually happens when people are on their periods but I recently noticed that when I start my period my waist would be more defined and my tummy would be mostly flat no matter what I’d eat. I’m a pretty healthy weight person but my tummy and waist would normally be kinda potatoey and my waistline would practically be a straight line. I’d look and feel like crap the days leading up to my period but when the day comes I look human. How does it work? Is my body in reverse or something?
