I noticed that whenever I use a pad or liner I’d get really bad itching that sometimes causes tiny tears down there. The itchiness is present when I’m not using one but I’m not sure if it would be recovering before I use a liner again. I have a menstrual cup now but I’m still waiting for my period to test to see if pads are the issue. I dislike wearing liners because of the itching it causes but the discharge ruins my underwear sometimes. I also wear one when I suspect that my period is near as a precaution so I won’t stain one. I have sensitive skin and I think it might be the same case down there. Should I try reusable liners? I’d like to but they’re not easily available where I live and it’d cost quite a bit to ship if I order online. What should I do? Does anyone else have a similar issue?
