Massage gun

So during my period I will either take a hot bath, use a hot pad, drink alcohol, take ibuprofen and/or use a massage gun to help with pain. On the periods I reach for the massage gun I have so many clots come out 👀 I’m not sure if it’s good they are getting broken up and released or if I’m doing damage? I will say my period is shorter when I do.
