Frustrated! Giant clots!

Post Body

Ok. So I'm just frustrated and wondering if anyone else has been on the same boat as me. Ok so I gave birth to my 3rd kid via c-section 3 months ago. I didn't have much lochia after this birth. Oddly enough. & I stopped bleeding. However, by the 3rd week postpartum, I noticed I started bleeding again. Of course, doctors just tell me "oh you just had a baby. Expect the unexpected, etc." So this irregular bleeding would have me bleed like 3 weeks in & 1 week off. Well fast foward & I end up getting the depo shot. Right after getting it, I was happy cuz my bleeding finally stopped. I thought maybe the bc was fixing me. Well I was wrong. 1 week later I started bleeding again and this time for a whole month cuz it's still going as we speak. It was light bleeding at first but this past week, it's been freakishly heavy! I'm passing clots the size of a granola bar & it's frequent. It's not every once in awhile. It's at least every hour. Thank God for giant pads! Yes, I went to the gynecologist & I'm getting an ultrasound this Tuesday but I'm so frustrated. After she examined me, she said it's more than likely due to the depo shot. But idk. I was irregular bleeding before the birth control & it just got worse with the depo I suppose. Has anyone else experienced this? I posted a picture for reference slin case you need to see the severity of my situation.
