Is anyone feeling like they're going insane during PMS?

I'm stressed, my sleep sucks, my skin is dry and oily at the same time, I feel like I can't finish my tasks, I feel so alone, my tummy hurts, and I just want to crawl into bed :(
I looked into the mirror and idk who this girl is. PMS is terrifying because it's that time when I feel like my own worst enemy
