Using BPC157, TB500 & Bactostatic water for injury
Post Body

So, basically I woke up to n a stroke & had to relearn everything. I have "Golfers elbow" pain and shoulder pain that effects front delts and rear delts, traps and sometimes even in front to area right above upper chest. Because of Covid, I was unable to get normal physical therapy so I sat in a detox center, relearned everything. Eventually, I began exercise and on my left side I started having sharp pains. Since I am in recovery, the doctors simple plan to send me to pain management specialist to get prescribed a narcotic pain med or even so called non narcotic like Tramadol was out of question. I did research and found that bactostatic water, and BPC157 and TB500 might be great solution. Multiple doctors denied my request for pharmaceutical hospita bactostatic water for whatever their reasons. I did obtain some. I believe it to be legit due to the little burn/tingle upon injection, and in about 5 days with 2x per day injections the pain is subsiding. Now my main questions are, should I be working out with very light weights (2.5-5lbs) & obv discontinue if there is pain, inflammation or anything like that. Or should I completely rest the area 100% & only workout lower body, or should I start lifting again with a spotter; very light? Lastly, I was wondering how long will I have to use peptide bactostatic injections for? Additionally more so out of curiosity and bioscience of a friend, would taking the supplement glutamine, small dose of testosterone like androgel, larger injections of oil based testosterone or human growth hormone help my recovery? I love exercise and simply want to get back in the gym working out. Any and all advice. Suggestions. Experiences or warnings would be greatly appreciated. BTW I'm almost 40 years old. Aside from years of polydrug use which was years ago, my only injuries have been abscesses from iv drug use and staph infection and when I was 19 I broke my back roofing. I recovered in about 6 months. I used to Experience back pain but I did a lot of back exercise and haven't had pain there in a very long time. Sorry this is so long. But I look forward to anything anyone could share. Thanks community!
