Switching from ipam/ cjc to tesamorlin/ Ipam

My test subject has been using ipam/ Cjc for approximately 9 weeks. Following this cycle I would like to try the tes/ ipam combo. My question is do I need to have the subject take an 8-12 week break or can they jump right to the next combo? Thanks in advance
