I’m m just wondering if anyone has tried this before? I’m looking to get back into running but my knees are shit from the military and I miss running a lot. I also do a lot of mma but out weight on this winter since we didn’t work all winter. I’ve had a bitch of a time losing it even though I’ve cleaned up my diet but don’t have time to gym and do mma.

Edit: I’m looking for peptides alone since it seems safer than anabolics ir SARMS
