Hello all. 55 YO male here. I am currently on TRT 120mg/ week and have been taking sermorelin 0.50ml 5 X/ week before bed. All prescribed.
I feel I have had pretty good results with the TRT regimen but not sure on the sermorelin, I had hoped for a bit more BF loss. My diet is pretty clean and I workout with heavy weights 4-5 x/ week and steady state cardio 2 x/ week but have not seen a huge decrease in belly fat. Muscle and strength are there but I would like to decrease BF and see the muscle I have gained a little better.
Iām going to take a month or so off sermorelin but looking for suggestions on what dose you are taking or another peptide I should add or switch to?
Any ideas are appreciated...
