Sooo my niece, an FNP, got me on tirz and I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks which is great but I've got so many side effects. The worst is dizziness and when I tilt my head up I'm sooo dizzy!! Don't want to say anything cuz It's working.Ugh!!
