Best peptide for muscle healing from workouts (no injury)

- Cjc and ipa: 100/100 2 x a day, 5 days a week
- Bpc?
- Tb 500?
From what I gather Bpc and tb 500 wonโt actually help muscle workout recovery ?
Anyone think Iโm missing anything peptide wise?
