Best peptide post very hard activity ? I’m thinking bpc + ipa and cjc

Hey guys I’ll be doing a very hard bike race in a month or so and usually my body is totally wrecked.

I was thinking of using bpc, cjc and ipa to help recover (I’ve been using them anyway).

Any thoughts? Is tb 500 worth throwing in? I don’t really know if it’ll help
