Hello friends, What is everyoneâs go to source for research? Iâve been in this sub for over a year at least but have only done sema, l-carnitine and some blend from project aminos (I forget their original name) when they were still around. But there are some other health âissuesâ Iâd like to address. Nothing major but aging, joint & muscle pain, improving memory and cognitive function, things like that. But not sure where to start in terms of finding stacks that work well together and even whatâs out there for options and how to determine the right dosage. What are some good sources everyone uses for information? Any kind of guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
