Purchasing PT-141 for the first time

I am online at peptidesciences.com and can buy one vial for 55 bucks. At 500 dollars they’ll throw in a vial of bacteria static water. However I just want to see if this works for me before I go spending 500 dollars for free shipping and a vial of water.
Can anyone help guide me on everything I need (insulin needs, water ect) and the best places to get them?
Also once it arrives how do I determine how much to dilute it to?
