Hello all,
I’m new to this and been doing a bunch of research. I finally ordered my supplies and got a few vials of 5mg Helix branded semaglutide.
My head is spinning on all this info I’m reading and have a few questions on your preferences, do’s and don’ts.
-Thoughts on injection time of the day? Where to inject? Best for less side effects and best results.
- Thoughts on what foods to avoid, things in everyday life to avoid? Best for less side effects and best results.
Any tips, tricks and etc for a newbie?
