Hey y'all, I'm just starting out using peptides to heal a few injuries such as lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and a torn rotator cuff in left shoulder. I've noticed that I'm feeling some pain/inflammation relief within 15mins if injecting but when I wake up in the morning, I feel a little pain and soreness, particularly in my shoulder and elbow. I've been taking a bpc157/td500 5/5mg blend reconstituted at 2ml of bac water. I'm currently dosing 1000 mcg (20units) once a day, 2-3 hrs before bed. And yes, I used a peptide dose calculator.
So I have a few questions,
1) if the mix is 5mg/5mg with 2ml bac and I draw 20 units, that would equal 1000mcg correct?
2)if I'm taking 1000mcg, that would be 500mcg of each bpc157 and td500 correct?
3) what's the best time of day/night to dose? I feel pain relieve quickly after taking it but wake with pain in the morning. Should a split my doses am/pm?
My apologies for the noob questions. Just want to make sure I'm doing things right and would greatly appreciate any advice from anyone more experienced.
Thanks.
