Reduced dosing:
So happy to buy less Reta and Tz. I think I can go even lower next week.
Constipation returned:
I’ve been experiencing slight constipation with the reduction of Tz and Re. Anyone have any thoughts on that? Or experience similar with the reduction in maintenance? Upping water intake to combat.
Weight is evening out a bit, gained a little to get closer to GW 113 – 115.
Sleep:
Still prioritizing sleep 7.5-8.5 hours a night and committed to excellent sleep hygiene. I feel like that’s been extremely beneficial for energy during the day and lowering stress. Especially now, around the holidays. Will start with indoor VR workouts again with the return of wet weather. I use light weights ½ to 1 pound wrist weights for a little resistance. Helps with the “wings!” lol
Investigation with supplements bloodwork:
Been without supplementation for several weeks to compare upcoming blood work in a week. Checking on iron, vitamin D (wintertime,) thyroid function (grave’s disease,) metabolic panel and a lipid panel. Will report back.
Skin care progress:
OK, so I went wild this last nano needling, extended the needles to maximum and had to heal over 5 days instead of one. Under thin layer of skin that eventually flaked off revealed a MUCH finer marionette lines on the sides of my mouth and obvious reduction in my elevens between my eyes.
I’m super stoked about this result and will continue this treatment with my Dr. Pen. I will not add GHK-cu next time as a reddit user pointed out I may be cancelling out the effectiveness due to the acid (pH level) in the Velatox. I made sure not to forget this time to finish by rubbing in Velasem when I was done.
My deeper penetration this go was seriously noticeable as I was experiencing a lot of stinging when I was done. I think some people use a numbing product. I may try this, unsure as it wasn’t intolerable, just mostly uncomfortable.
I finally added a new step to my routine. Snap 8 added to my serum for my 11’s and marionette lines. Been using twice daily.
I’m now focused on skin rejuvenation after my weight loss. Been also using the Cera-ve with GHK-cu on the belly and thighs.
I’ve added a couple of new subs for skin care to my new faves. See below
Now, onto the mildly infuriating part: some delightful individual here on Reddit decided to diagnose me with an eating disorder because I happen to land on the lower end of the so-called "ideal weight chart." (What chart?) For the record, I’m solidly in the "normal weight" range according to multiple credible guidelines.
For context:
5'3" F, well past 55 years old
- HW (Heaviest Weight): 195
- SW (Starting Weight): 185
- CW (Current Weight): 113
Let’s clear something up:
Eating disorders involve harmful behaviors around food—think restrictive eating, bingeing, or purging—often driven by a fixation on weight or body shape.
Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) (including phantom fat syndrome) is VERY different. It’s about being overly focused on perceived flaws in appearance that others don’t notice. Phantom fat syndrome, a BDD subset, occurs when someone who has lost a lot of weight still "feels" like they’re living in their former, larger body. It’s a distortion of body image, not behavior around food.
The takeaway? Basement-dwelling, neck-bearded trolls don’t get to define your health or happiness. Their unsolicited, inaccurate, and frankly shitty opinions about your progress and maintenance are irrelevant. I’m living my best life: healthier, happier, and stronger than I’ve been in many years. Severe depression? Lifted. Inflammation? Gone. Wardrobe? Anything my "little" heart desires. Spoiler alert: I understood the assignment.
And for the "why do you post in multiple subs?" crowd—some people don’t know every sub exists, and I enjoy sharing updates across communities. I also get to unlock Reddit participation achievements.
Next update after Christmas!
Happiest of all winter holidays to everyone!
