Did I ruin my ghk-cu?

I just reconstituted my ghk-cu and when I put the syringe of bac water into the vial there must have been some sort of vacuum in it and it sucked in the entire syringe of water almost instantly. I know ghk-cu is supposedly delicate and you’re supposed to let it drip on the side of the bottle to protect the peptide. Did I just destroy the entire bottle?
