What is the proper insulin syringe size for running bpc/tb4?

I currently have the BD 3/10 mL slins I used for an HGH cycle a year ago. Let’s say the vial is 10mg and I want to run .5mg per shot. If I add 2mL bac water, I would only need to pull to the 10 unit mark on the syringe correct? Trying to nail down all my measurements so I can figure out how many vials to purchase. Thanks in advance.
