Another blend dosage question.

I searched and found a confusing post. I have a vial that’s 5mg of Ipamorelin and 6.83mg of Cjc. I added 2ml of Bac to that vial and am using a 1ml syringe. How would I calculate that for roughly 150mg of ipa and 200 of cjc? Any help would be appreciated.
