About 2 years ago wife and I did compounded sema and I lost about 25lbs (40s with two lil kids) I will add I was doing 90min at the gym hard workouts 5x a week and was keeping protein up. I wasn’t eating a lot due to sema.
I’ve been on a pep of Tirz since June now, 10mg for 2 months and honestly haven’t felt the appetite suppression like with compounded sema. I’ll get cravings late at night. Didn’t happen with sema.
I haven’t lost much, wife said I’ve lost muscle BUT also haven’t been able to lift for 3 months due to house repairs in spare time so not sure if it’s the lack of exercise.
That said, anyone go back to sema after Tirz? I have 15 week supply of tirz left. Was debating jumping on a Black Friday sale for supply through summer but can’t decide on source or sema over Tirz.
