Been struggling with some joint discomfort, mostly in my knees, and a bit of gut discomfort like bloating. Tried a lot of things to get things under control... diet changes, different supplements—but nothing really stuck. Came across BPC-157, and after reading a bit, decided to try the oral form. Been taking 500mcg in the morning for the last couple weeks on an empty stomach.
At first, I didn’t expect too much. But here’s what I’ve noticed so far: my stomach feels a little less bloated after meals, and my knees don’t feel as stiff after workouts. Nothing dramatic, but enough to notice. I’m not sure if it’s the BPC-157 or just a coincidence, but I’m going to keep going with it.
