So, I’ve been dealing with some chronic joint pain (mainly in my knees) and a bit of gut stuff (bloating, discomfort) for a while now. I tried a bunch of things, diet changes, different supplements, but nothing was really sticking. I saw some stuff about BPC-157 and decided to give the oral version a shot.
Been taking it for about 2 weeks now, 500mcg in the morning on an empty stomach. Honestly, didn’t expect much but I’ve noticed my stomach feels a little less bloated after meals and my knees have been feeling less stiff after workouts. Nothing crazy but it’s noticeable. I’m not sure if it’s the BPC-157 or just a coincidence, but I’m gonna keep at it.
Anyone else try the oral version of this for gut issues or joint pain? Would love to hear your experience. Is it better to take on an empty stomach or does it not really matter?
