I am amazed at how well these certain peptides have helped me through the recovery process. I'm exactly 31 days out, I have full mobility of my arm, and l'm able to lift anything 5 lbs and below. Doctor was amazed at how little muscle loss occurred. I would recommend using these short term for any type of ligament/tendon/muscle injury. Also Imk if you can tell which arm had the surgery I think it's obvious... but it's my left arm with the watch on.
