No vacuum seal in vial when reconstituted pep

I have a vial of Reta that I reconstituted and it had no vacuum seal. It’s a crimped top that I had to pop the cap off of, so it was sealed well, just no vacuum. I had to push my BAC water in. Is the vial usable?
