Is it normal for sites to ask for crypto?

I don’t know if I’m aloud to say where but I feel like we can all guess (amongst the prominent rc sites). I wanted my lab rat to try Bpc-157 and it’s not allowing me to pay by card is this normal? Also how legal is this? Like I said, I’m super new.
