Lowest possible effective dose of BPC 157? Trying to avoid headaches.

I have tried to start BPC 157 for some shoulder bursitis. I did 100 mcg and ended up with a headache that lasted 3-4 days. I want to try a 25-50 mcg dose but had reconstituted 2 ml bac water with 10 mg in a 3 ml vial and trying to get a smaller dose of 25 or 50 mcg is going to require getting a 5 ml vial and adding more bac to get any measurable amount into a syringe. Anyone tried microdosing? Headaches are always my telltale sign that something is too strong for me. 🤦🏻♀️
