Longevity hacks? For maintaining weight + more

So I started tirz 4.5 months ago and I’m 5-10 lbs away from GW. Inflammation is cool as a cucumber and I love it. I’m doing 5.5 mg tirz.

Added AOD 4 weeks ago and whoever says this thing doesn’t work is maybe not pairing it with fasting and cardio bc all I can say is my abs are popping ❤️ I’m doing 0.33 mg 3-4xweekly in the morning.

I’m very into health and wellness and also my inner research scientist (I work at an institute for metabolic disease research) so I added MOTsc. I’m late 20s so my health is ok aside from my IBS and autoimmune issues. Love how it makes me feel in terms of energy. I skipped SS31 for now bc I think I don’t need that extra support for mitochondrial health.

Anyway any long term longevity peps? Mostly interested in having a high metabolism, energy, fat burning optimization and reduced inflammation.

Options: BPC, tesamorelin, 5amino, cardarine, SS31.

Thoughts? What are your experiences with tesa or cardarine?
