joint surgery recovery/managing arthritis of big toe
Post Body

My RS had an orthopedic procedure on the MTP joint of their big toe last week, which shaved a bone spur and removed some excess bone from the joint space. They still have a significant amount of arthritis in the joint. The goal is to improve healing time from the surgery, reduce ongoing joint pain, and potentially slow the degradation of any remaining cartilage in the narrowing joint space. RS is only 35 and would like to delay a joint fusion by managing pain and restoring as much function as possible. We have ordered BPC 157. Have also been looking into the glow protocol, but more for inflammation reduction vs beauty perks(though thatโ€™s a plus?). Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
