Semax and sertraline?(anti depressant)

Hello, every time I take semax and sertraline together I get gastrointestinal problems, ect ect. Could this possibly be an interaction with the two? And if so, should I lower my doses?
I am on 50mg sertraline and 600mcg semax injection.
I am also 125lbs 177cm, if that matters.
