Nerve damage and pain

Hi everyone- I have an aunt that I am desperately trying to help. She has had a lot of surgeries on her spine over the years that has resulted in nerve damage. The pain is unbearable and the meds they keep putting her on is making it worse.
If you have researched a peptide for nerve damage or pain- what have you tried? It’s overwhelming trying to learn this and understand so much at once. I’d love to hear your stories.
