Just starting to looking into peptides because I was going to go through a company that came up on my instagram that did the blood work and peptide recommendation. Looking mostly to lose weight and build a little bit of muscle I am 6’4 290lbs. I was in great shape 2 years ago and gained a lot of fat quickly . I am starting to get back in the gym and I would like to try peptides out the only thing I’ve done before is tbol. How can I find a recommendation for what I should take?
