Question on best peptide to use for my situation
Post Body

I hope all is well. I am 43, and I currently go to a doc for HRT. I am currently prediabetic since my last blood work said A1C was up a little more. I am about 5'9 and 180lb and fairly lean so this is frustrating. I was using trt but the dose was causing my creatine levels to spike, so I stepped away from it. When I come off the test creatine levels start returning to normal. So would a peptide work for me? If so, which one would be the best?

I keep hearing that later after taking a break from the peptide cycle that it can throw insulin levels off and make prediabetes worse. I dont want to be huge, I just want to be fit and have energy to have good workouts when I get off work and more every day energy to get things done around the house and in life.

On, the other hand I don't want to take a peptide that causes weight loss and eats away at what little muscle mass i do have. I workout out pretty regularly, but lately since I stepped away from the test enanthate, my energy levels are not the same neither are my workouts. I like the drive it gave me to get after it. I have been eating much healthier since. Can anyone with some sort of experience with peptides give me any solid advice to talk to my doctor about tomorrow? I just want to get back after it in life in general. The test seemed to keep me more dialed in and focused all around. How can I get that back? Some solid advice from anyone with a great knowledge base or who can relate would be extremely helpful. Thanks, and many blessings.
