Storage while on the road long-term
Post Body

30mg × 10 of mjirz, which will be researched for eight months. My test subject will be travelling for much of that time, mostly in hot and humid climates. There may be occasional half-days or even whole days when we will not have access to a refrigerator. The plan is:

Reconstituted should be fine if kept at 8–30°C fewer than a cumulative 21 days (newly reconstituted vial every five weeks or so and mostly stored at the recommended 2–8°C). At least that is the advice for Mounjaro pens. I'll probably buy a small insulated pouch thing, as there will be a couple of days of travelling all day by bus in 30°C temperatures.

Lyophilized will be stored for up to seven months, so I am a little more concerned. Thinking of of placing the vials in a freezer whenever possible, and always in an airtight soup thermos to help avoid extremes in temperature fluctuations and protect potency.

To be extra cautious, perhaps Basic Peptide Filtering should also be practised? Although will be an extra hassle because of my test subject's nomadic lifestyle – and the manufacturer seems to be trustworthy and reliable (being from the city of Tsingtao Beer, I assume they are experts in safe brewing).

I am brand new to all of this, so wondering if the above is a good strategy and am I missing anything? Thank you!
