Does Anyone Inject More Than Once a Week With Sema?

I used to do every 5 days with tirz, not long enough to see the difference because I was told it stays active for 4.5 days. Iām now on Sema and Reta I feel my dosage is right but Iām noticing a huuuge difference before the end of the week in hunger (so Sema wearing off). Any advice here?
