My dad turned 65 on Saturday. One of the healthiest guys I know. Has exercised his whole life (cardio/weight training/stretching). Does breath work. Eats better than Jillian Michaels. Was in tip top shape until about six months ago. He’s always done manual labor, a handyman of sorts, but something happened to his hip when he was getting off a ladder. He started extensive stretching, multiple Chiro appts per week, got an inversion table etc. Now my dad who I have never even seen need anything more than a physical and only gets sick like once every decade is considering a hip replacement. He takes supplements but knows nothing of peptides. Is there any kind of regimen I could put him on to try before he resorts to the surgery? I’ve heard so many hip replacement horror stories and I can’t imagine my active, healthy dad in pain anymore.
