What would you change? As most importantly don’t want to hurt myself or go the other way and not be doing enough. Thanks

Goals: repair ongoing and old injuries that include my arms, lats, shoulder joint and girdle on both sides. Tendinitis of the spine from t5-t7. Causes so much Inflammtion and my body doesn’t heal well anymore. It takes days to recover from simple things. So less inflammation, pain, with faster recovery as well.

Been experimenting and found ipamorein tends to give me energy, sermorelin makes me tired and ghrp2 kind of makes me hungry. Tb500 not sure yet

So now I’m doing. Morning: cjc no dac 150mcg, Ipamorline 350 mcg, Tb 500 bpc blend 250/250mcg

After workout: cjc no dac 100mcg, Ipamorelin 100mcg, Ghrp 2 200mcg, Tb 500 bcc blend 250/250mcg

Night: cjc no dac 125mcg, Ipamorelin 125 mcg, Sermorelin 400-500mcg
