Next step : Reta with or without stack? Or pause to build up GLP1 Sensitivity?
Post Body

Hi folks I've been on Tirz/MJ since end of March. I have lost 19.5% body weight and am now at 29% body fat, and am now at 101,8kgs and have hovered around 102-105 since August 1.im 51M (starting weight 260lbs/121.5kgs) I want to go down to 85-89kg (onederland), maybe after beef up to 95 with more resistance training. I have got down and bumped up and down from 101.8 but can't drop more. I've gone up from 10 to 12,5 and have 3 doses of 12,5.

I have been worried to do too much resistance training because of an injury and didn't want to run until now but with weight loss underway I'm confident to do more than just 10000 steps. (I haven't been doing more than 8k most days in past 10 days which might show the plateau...)

I have some Reta ordered in 5 and 15mg vials as well as some Cagri. I have also ordered some HGH (2-4iu daily) and TRT (100mg weekly)

But... I am confused and conflicted as to best way to transition to Reta. I had thought blend up and blend down R and T respectively but folks say this cancels out and is just a waste of money. Others here say stop for a while (2 months) and maybe use Tesofensine and or Cagri alone for appetite suppression as I start TRT and HGH, whilst the body desensitises so that the Reta can Kick in as if I were a GLP1 virgin so to speak.

If I go straight into Reta, should I as someone on 12,5mg, start at 2mg, 4mg or 5mg?

I'd be really grateful for your own experience moving from Tirz to Reta and any suggestions on how long to pause between Tirz and Reta.
