Before diving down the rabbit hole..
Post Body

So far I've read peptides are basically collagen. They're the binding glue to hold cell structures together (correct?)

Anyhow

(I don't expect to quote you on your "medical" knowledge or how you liable)

I have not yet been diagnosed w Ehlers Danlos .. but the way it works is kind of weird. It holds skin & joints loosely together - I read Abt it maybe 10y ago so I'm a lil off from definition

But I dont look old for my age (though, noticeably NOT looks like teen) .. so EDS could potentially not be the case for me although I have other symptoms that match it

I also have another health issue that also promotes weight gain so I'm overweight & short. I have stretch marks

  • i do not want "DRUGS" / steroids, etc. I understand even inhaling lavender for aromatherapy can be thought of as a drug. What i define as legit drug: big pharma , mostly synthetics (man derived, unnatural, chemical - should not be absorbed by animals).

--- 1 -- If I take peptides (which can also be found in foods) & addntly (supplementary), how can I ensure this is rt for me, like what do I read to learn Abt weight loss & peptides & risks & effects?

--- 2 -- I can NOT do ingredients w jittery effects (e.g., from caffeine, etc)

--- 3 -- I do have a sensitive tummy for whatever stupid reason

(yes, it's stupid.. I used to drink milk sev x's a day - daily [now I can't much w it], play in the dirt & slept under the trees [now I have pollen allergies], grw up w cats & dogs IN HOUSE [now I have pet dander allergic] so.. yes. My body is weird despite all My immune-building attempts)

--- 4 -- Am taking other OTC stuff RX vit's

(Potentially) Having EDS could potentially benefit from peptides, but I also have other health issues to consider (& losing weight could help the other stuff - or SHOULDN'T make it worse!)

I'm not an active person due to other health limitations, but losing weight wpuld help w other daily activities & other health issues

Maybe if i can lose a bit, life quality will improve & help me be more mobile even w other health issues (that I can't change w exercise or popping pills or any other therapies)

Other than that, I forget what else I was going to ask so I'LL leave it here

Thanks!
