The research subject (F) is almost done with a 20mg cycle of Pinealon sub-Q injection. RS started at 1mg daily and moved to 2mg daily when no side effects were observed. Injections are in the AM (before 10 AM). The cycle is almost complete.

Here are my observations:

1. Sleep slightly interrupted: RS has been a great sleeper for a long time. It seems Pinealon has not affected sleep onset or duration but has resulted in more interrupted sleep. The only way I can describe it is the brain is far more active than usual at night. This hasn't been a huge issue. Sleep is still pretty good, but for this RS, this peptide was not able to create more or deeper rest.

2. Dreams the same: RS already has very vivid and lucid dreams nightly. Pinealon did not affect this either way. This might be different for someone who does not dream much, but that wasn't the case here.

3. Onset of brain "warmth": This is hard to describe. The best way to explain it is the RS reports a sense of slight pressure in the brain. It's not painful at all. No headaches at all. No pain anywhere else. No neurological issues to report. Just a buzzy, almost heat-like sensation. Perhaps increased neural activity?

4. Slight increase in appetite: RS was also on 5mg of Tirzepatide for two months prior to beginning Pinealon, which was taken concurrently with the Pinealon. There was a noted and unexpected uptick in appetite once the Pinealon commenced. It was nothing extraordinary, but it was noticeable and resulted in weight loss stalls for the duration of the cycle.

5. Not much else to report: There wasn't much else to share. No huge swings in mood or cognitive capacity were noted. No meaningful change in energy. No other changes at all.
