Hey guys I got a Trueage / Dunedin Pace Report done and in part of it was a test on my immune system, here are the results
12-Cell Immune Report -
Results:
Elevated Naïve CD4 T cells and Neutrophils.
Reduced Memory CD4 T cells, Memory CD8 T cells, and Monocytes.
CD4/CD8 ratio is low at 0.81, which may indicate altered immune function or chronic inflammation.
Implication: The immune markers suggest immune senescence (aging of the immune system) and possible chronic inflammation, which could impact your ability to respond to infections and heal.
So I ran all this through ChatGPT to get a better understanding as I was confused
in response to the immune results, Chat GPT told me -
Elevated Naïve CD4 T Cells and Neutrophils: These suggest that your body may be dealing with chronic low-grade inflammation or that your immune system is overly focused on producing new, untrained immune cells (Naïve T cells) rather than retaining "experienced" cells (Memory T cells) that have fought infections before.
Reduced Memory CD4 and CD8 T Cells: These memory cells are important for recognizing and quickly responding to pathogens your body has encountered before. Low levels suggest a weakened adaptive immune system, making it harder to fight off infections.
I then came across this peptide called Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1): This peptide is involved in the maturation and differentiation of T cells, and it enhances the immune response, particularly by stimulating T cell production and modulating their activity.
Do you think this peptide help me regulate my immune system and correct the T cell issues?
Thank you
