Anyone been to Lins buffet in Morton?

I love Lins buffet, and my top 3 things are the Honey chicken, red pepper chicken, and peanut butter chicken.
Anyone got any recipes that comes close to how they make them there? I tried a recipe for peanut butter chicken I found online, but it did not turn out good at all. I am not sure how they get those super small cuts of chicken
