PDC garbage pick up questions

Hi friends! I have some things that I need to get rid of, but they won’t fit in a garbage tote. (Things like coffee table, old entertainment stand for an older style tv, and a couple other things.) Should I just set them out at the curb for pick up? Do I need to call ahead so they know?
Also - I have two old style tv’s that I don’t want. How do I get rid of them?
Last question - The PDC website says each house gets one garbage tote. Can I purchase a second one?
