Looking for reasonably priced electrician and HVAC

I'm heavily remodeling a 90 year old house and I need to have the entire house rewired and a new HVAC system installed.
Money is tight so I'm looking for the best price as long as it's done right. So I'm asking anyone who has had lots of quotes recently or is in real estate and has worked with a lot of contractors and found some great ones.
