29, metalhead stoner trans guy, slim/athletic build, long dark hair and a beard, masc but a little shy. Have been described as "funny, honest, sweet, easy to talk to/a great listener, and gives the best hugs" but also "anxious, bad at taking hints, and a little intense". I live with my two cats on a tiny homestead in the middle of bumfuck nowhere northeastern Pennsylvania, (Susquehanna county) about halfway between the Scranton/WB area and the Binghamton, NY area, and I work seasonally on the groundskeeping crew at a golf and country club.

While I'm usually rather quiet and reserved at first, once you get me started on a topic I'm passionate about I'll damn near talk your ear off. I have lots of interests and hobbies, ranging from outdoorsy stuff (hiking/trailrunning, camping/backpacking, stargazing, foraging, as well as gardening, homesteading, & lawn care), to creative endeavors (making art, writing, DIY, sewing, photography), to music (listening to it, especially metal and hardcore punk, but also a wide variety of other genres, as well as going to concerts and moshing, collecting and listening to vinyl records, playing guitar, making playlists). I also like to cook, go to farmers markets and thrift stores, and occasionally play video/board/tabletop games.

I'd really like to find something serious, long term, and relatively local; I am willing to drive an hour or two, but I also know that anything significantly longer distance than that doesn't tend to be sustainable for me, as it's pretty important to me to be able to go on dates and spend time together irl. Other than that, the list of criteria I'm looking for is fairly short; I like alternative or goth girls who have weird/creepy/morbid and/or slightly nerdy interests, a dark sense of humor, big thighs and a cute smile, and a patient and supportive yet aggressive, dominant, and stubborn personality. Think, "mom friend title holder but could easily kick my ass if she wanted to". Also, generally prefer a little younger than me or around my age, and a little shorter than me or around my height (I'm 5'5"), but those aren't requirements.
