I have tried working out at the gym before and I can’t get any more then tone. With my work schedule and diet I have gotten chubby in my belly and chest! Looking for someone who has knowledge on what I’m doing wrong. I run everyday at a trail on my way home from work.
Looking to better myself in diet, exercise, stretching, measure myself, whatever you think would help me out ! :)
