Is it a smart idea to take CMPSC 465 my freshman year?

I have credit to skip CSC 121 and 122. I am going to take CSC 360 my first semester and 465 my 2nd semester.
But from what I've read it's extremely challenging and has bad professors. How feasible is an A in the class?
I'm also skipping MAT 220 and 230. Are these courses used for CSC 465?
