Has anyone received admission for a PhD in CS for the Fall 2024 term? I completed my application process on December 10th and am eagerly awaiting the results. While I have received acceptance letters from two other universities, Penn State remains my top choice. In the application portal, it shows that they have received my application. So, how long should I wait? I have also emailed the program director but have yet to receive a response. Should I consider this lack of response as a rejection so that I can accept other offers?
